...a tech CxO who has helped companies grow from $1M to $100M+ and built strategies for two to get to $1B. I'm an expert in quality and organizational excellence especially applied to AI and emerging technologies – in fact, the first time I deployed AI for work was 1998, and the most recent time was... last week. I'm obsessed with quality: simple, elegant, transparent work systems (people + processes + tech/data) that leverage emerging technologies in smart, compelling ways that satisfy stated and implied needs. I'm an impatient academic driven by making research applicable and actionable.
Im an author, keynote speaker, data scientist, enterprise architect, Unicorn (92), casual meteorologist & storm chaser (PSUmeteo 95!), and Burner (look for the Chief Sorceress in the Tokyo sector).
I'm here for the execs who refuse to settle for expensive noise: the ones who want people, processes, and tech to actually compound. My work helps them see and capture opportunities this week, not next year.
Quality isn't a constraint on AI ambition in this world: it's the quickest way to get real results and impact from your AI investment. I can help you get there.
"I believe that the purpose of any system...
is to make it possible for people to work with joy."
- W. Edwards Deming
Breakthrough technology is only as valuable as the human potential it unlocks. My work bridges the gap between engineering and meaningful organizational impact, turning AI aspirations into self-renewing cultures where people can actually thrive. Value creation with AI is a team sport... made stronger by holding each other to higher standards.

For a decade, I've been exploring the history and movements of my eastern european ancestors through DNA genealogy, from Königsberg (East Prussia) to Poland, Belarus, Lithuania, Bessarabia, and Ukraine. Both of my paternal grandparents are descended from the Radziwiłłs, on one side through Prince Mikolaj (Nicolas) Faustyn Radziwill, and on the other side through my 5th great grandparents Prince Antoni Heinrich Radziwill (a patron of Chopin) and Princess Louise Hohenzollern. They all originate from Mikolaj the Black (Niasvizh). I have confirmed DNA connections through Czaplicki, de Castellane, Hempel/Hemple, Morawski, Narbutt, Pac, Popiel, Pociej, Potocki, Radvila, Rola, Romer, Sollohub, Tyszkiewicz, Zakrzewska, Danielowicz/ Danielevicius, and Stankewicz/ Stankevicius. My dad and his family lost everything when they were expelled from East Prussia in 1945, and were forced to start over. I think about this often when I reflect on how technology careers are tectonically shifting right now, and how many layoffs occur every month. Am I afraid of where AI is leading us? In some ways, yes. But reinvention has always been part of my DNA and I will rise to the challenge.
