A former SVP, Chief Data Scientist, and tenured Associate Professor of Data Science and Production Systems who mentored over 5,000 students in data science and applied machine learning, Nicole is an Academician in the International Academy of Quality (IAQ), and a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

She is the author of data science and statistics textbooks used in 30+ universities and 10+ countries, and several books on quality-first data and AI leadership.
